Flows included message transformation, orchestration, and error handling consistent with BackGround Screening processes, and coordination with People Answers and Sterling BGC teams for result validation. Governance and rollout involved close coordination with SuccessFactors functional consultants and customer HR functional teams, participation in cutover activities, and a hyper care period to validate end to end processing and issue resolution. The Sterling Background Check implementation was operationalized as part of recruiting and onboarding business functions and emphasized documentation, administration, and ongoing integration configuration management.
