Operational scope centered on Boomi customer service in the United States, where the Help Documentation Advisor augmented agent and self-service interactions. Governance and rollout were oriented around rapid prototyping and iterative refinement, with Tribe AI collaborating on model prompts, retrieval tuning, and reference tracing to ensure answer sourceability. Outcomes reported included faster prototype delivery, more precise answers, and sourceable references that improved the help-desk response experience.
