| Infor | Legacy | Infor CloudSuite Expense Management | Expense Management | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2000 | 2000 |
In 2000, Delta Galil USA implemented Infor CloudSuite Expense Management to centralize Expense Management across its finance and corporate travel functions. The deployment targeted transactional expense processing and policy enforcement, with configuration focused on standardized expense types, multi-level approval routing, and role based access controls for finance and travel approvers.
Infor CloudSuite Expense Management was configured to support core modules common to the Expense Management category, including expense capture and receipt imaging, automated approval workflows, policy compliance engines, and configurable GL coding rules. The implementation included automation of approval chains and parameterized policy checks to reduce manual exception handling and to align expense categories with corporate chart of accounts.
Integrations were implemented with M3/Movex ERP, enabling automated posting of expense journal entries and supplier reconciliation back to the general ledger. The program also leveraged corporate master data feeds for employee cost centers and approval hierarchies, enabling consistent owner and cost allocation across Expense Management and ERP records.
Governance was structured around a Business Systems Analyst and M3/Movex ERP consultant, who coordinated configuration, testing, and cutover activities, and who defined updated approval matrices and expense policy versions. Operational rollout emphasized controlled configuration changes and documented approval workflows to support finance, accounts payable, and travel operations while preserving audit trails and compliance controls.

| Infor | Legacy | Infor M3 | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2000 | 2000 |
In 2000, Delta Galil USA implemented Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP to consolidate core manufacturing and supply chain business functions. The implementation engaged an M3/Movex ERP consultant alongside internal Business Systems Analyst resources to configure process flows and system roles aligned to manufacturing operations and corporate finance requirements.
The Infor M3 deployment focused on standard Manufacturing ERP functional modules, including production planning and scheduling, material requirements planning, bill of materials and routing, shop floor work order management, inventory control and warehouse processes, procurement and supplier management, and financial and cost accounting configuration. Configuration emphasized master data stabilization for items, routings, and suppliers, and the setup of manufacturing transactions such as work orders, goods receipts, and cost postings.
Operational ownership centered on manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and finance teams, with IT and business systems analysts managing application configuration, testing and go live support. Governance activities included defined change control for configuration, role based access setup, and structured functional testing led by the Business Systems Analyst role noted in project records.
The narrative reflects a classic Manufacturing ERP deployment pattern where Infor M3 was provisioned to unify manufacturing execution, inventory and financial ledgers within Delta Galil USA, with the M3/Movex expertise embedded on the project to align system behavior with shop floor and accounting workflows.

| Tezos Foundation | Legacy | Tezos Protocol | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Delta Galil USA implemented the Tezos Protocol as the foundational Blockchain Platform underpinning a pilot data collection and worker communication initiative at a Delta Galil-owned garment factory in Ayutthaya, Thailand. The deployment supported a Diginex-built, mobile-optimized application called eMin which collected recruitment and employment experience data from over 130 Myanmar migrant workers between 9 and 23 April 2021 and exercised contract-sharing functions and feedback channels.
The Tezos Protocol, described in project materials as a self-upgradeable proof of stake blockchain, served as the ledger layer for eMin, enabling immutable recording of recruitment records, employment contract-sharing functionality, and mobile worker submissions. Functional modules implemented during the pilot included mobile data capture, employment contract distribution and verification workflows, confidential worker feedback channels, and an informational content distribution capability used to disseminate mental health guidance to workers.
Operational coverage was limited to the Ayutthaya facility and the Myanmar migrant workforce involved in that site, and the effort explicitly involved the International Organization for Migration and Diginex as project partners. Delta Galil USA positioned the Tezos Protocol Blockchain Platform to feed recruitment and labor-protection insights into its supply chain compliance and factory management processes, creating a direct link between on-the-ground worker data and HR, compliance, and factory management functions.
Governance and process impacts were practical and investigative rather than prescriptive; findings from the eMin pilot informed a planned review of factory management systems and employer-worker communications channels and were used to pinpoint stages of the labour migration journey where workers are vulnerable to exploitation. The project tested contract-sharing as a mitigation against contract substitution and established a confidential communication pathway for worker well-being feedback, which will be considered in strengthening Delta Galil USA recruitment and employment systems as international hiring resumes.
