Integrations were built between telephony events and backend systems, connecting the InstantVoice Platform to billing systems, accounts payable processes and reseller databases to validate orders and route transactional records into downstream workflows. Operational coverage supported more than 120 agents and handled national inbound 0800 traffic for sales and order-taking, automating approximately 15% of calls and reducing 0800 costs while improving order-taking accuracy nationwide. Implementation began in October 2003 and was rolled out across its Brazil contact-center operations, with the platform governing automated order-taking workflows and telephony-driven data handoffs to finance and reseller systems. Deployment emphasized operational handover to sales and order-taking teams and integration checkpoints to ensure orders captured by InstantVoice IVR matched billing and accounts payable records.
