In 2025 Dengo implemented Convenia RH to centralize Core HR and Departamento Pessoal across multiple CNPJs in Brazil. The deployment of Convenia RH focused on consolidating HR administration and operational payroll tasks into a single Core HR application to reduce fragmentation across legal entities.
The implementation emphasized multi-CNPJ payroll capabilities, centralized reporting, and accounting integrations. Functional configuration covered payroll processing across distinct tax entities, vacation administration, and standardized offboarding workflows using Convenia RH modules and category-aligned HR process automation.
Integrations were established to feed payroll and reporting outputs into the company accounting flows, simplifying reconciliation between HR and finance. Operational coverage explicitly included multiple CNPJs in Brazil and centralized Departamento Pessoal activities, aligning HR and accounting touchpoints for consolidated month end reporting.
Governance and process changes accompanied the rollout with standardized DP procedures and automated leave and offboarding steps, enabling streamlined operational ownership. The implementation enabled two HR staff to manage roughly 500 employees and produced significant time savings on routine Departamento Pessoal tasks, according to the deployment summary.
