Change governance and rollout activity concentrated on business readiness assessments, transition and contingency planning, and development and delivery of tailored training and communications. The Synergy team produced an integrated portfolio roadmap for related trade reform work, an initial change management strategy and a suite of change tools, and provided sponsorship approaches and PMO coaching to embed the new workflows and operational processes.

Operational integration was coordinated with the OneERP program transition that moved DAFF and DCCEEW staff to Aurion and TechOne for HR and financial management, indicating coexistence and interfacing across HR and finance domains. The rollout covered HR, payroll, and finance business functions, requiring handoffs between payroll processing teams and finance units to align employee cost accounting and payroll-related financial entries.
Synergy Group acted as the implementation and change management partner, with Synergy staff serving as Change Lead for Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry from February to October 2022. Change activities included stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments, training and communications design and delivery, transition and contingency planning, and establishment of governance and monitoring processes to support operational cutover to TechnologyOne HR and Payroll.
