The implementation configured inbound invoice capture capabilities, optical character recognition based data extraction, automated invoice classification, validation rules, and workflow routing to reviewers and approvers. Document management and long term archiving modules within SERgroup Doxis4 InvoiceMaster were provisioned to create indexed, auditable invoice records and to support searchable retrieval across finance operations.
Operational coverage focused on centralizing invoice ingestion from multiple intake channels and orchestrating the document lifecycle through the AP workflow, delivering a consistent orchestration layer for invoice handling. The deployment embedded AP Automation functional terminology such as capture, validation, routing, and archival into DER Touristik's day to day accounts payable processes.
Governance was adjusted to enforce standardized validation rules, approval flows, and retention policies within the new system, aligning process controls with the system configuration.
