The Access Group Legacy Access Workspace Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, DesignMyNight deployed Access Workspace from The Access Group as a Collaboration application. Implementation centered on embedding Access Workspace widgets into DesignMyNight digital products, with development work performed across two products, Soda gift vouchers and Tonic ticketing. The effort was executed by in-house full stack developers who built custom widgets to surface voucher and ticketing workflows inside the Access Workspace user interface. Architecture emphasized a widget-based surface that consolidated product-specific workflows into the Collaboration environment. Modules and capabilities implemented included Access Workspace widgets, content surface components for Soda and Tonic, and Collaboration features used by product and engineering teams. Integrations focused on embedding Soda and Tonic functionality into Access Workspace widgets so teams could access voucher and ticketing functions inside the Collaboration application. Operational scope covered product teams at DesignMyNight in the United Kingdom and development across both Soda and Tonic codebases. Governance followed an iterative developer release model with widget-level configuration and phased rollout to product team users.
