Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial ERP n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, Devenish (Ni) Ltd implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the chosen ERP Financial platform for group finance operations. The project was executed under the IT Project Manager at A-One, a Devenish Nutrition subsidiary, and scoped as a group level ERP Financial rollout across Devenish and its A-One subsidiary. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central was configured to deliver core ERP Financial capabilities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed asset accounting, and statutory reporting. The implementation also covered inventory valuation, basic warehouse transactions, purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, and chart of accounts standardization to enable consolidated financial reporting across entities. The deployment was organized as a centralized group instance to standardize master data, chart of accounts, and finance process controls across Devenish and A-One. Implementation activities included finance module configuration, process mapping for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash, setup of multi-entity posting and consolidation rules, and role based access configuration to enforce separation of duties. Program governance was led by the A-One IT Project Manager with cross functional representation from finance, procurement and operations, and included phased rollout planning, cutover coordination and user acceptance testing. This narrative highlights the system architecture, module configuration and governance changes associated with adopting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the ERP Financial backbone for the group.

Exclaimer Legacy Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 Digital Signing Content Management n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Devenish (Ni) Ltd. deployed Exclaimer Cloud Signatures for Office 365 to provide Digital Signing for corporate email and web-facing communications on their website.
