Implementation work included detailed Mapping Solution Design documents, known as MSDs, to define interface mappings from webMethods to WMOS. Functional message families validated in the MSDs and through testing included ASN, Purchase Order, Distribution Order, Item, Batch, LPN Conversion, Static Routes, PIX, PIX605, and Ship Confirmation, and these were reflected in a configuration matrix and Business Requirement Documents used to scope system behavior.
The integration architecture emphasized guaranteed message translation and orchestration between webMethods and WMOS, with the team owning interface mapping, defect reproduction, and developer handoffs. Validation and defect resolution occurred through formal testing cycles, this included system integration testing, user acceptance testing, smoke tests, and dry runs to exercise the end to end webMethods to WMOS flow and nuDeliverIt by nuVizz event capture.
Governance and rollout practices were operationalized through BRD driven configuration, staged testing gates, and a hyper care support model post go live. During hyper care the implementation team provided issue analysis and remediation support to the country IT team and operations team across all five warehouses to stabilize transports and visibility workflows.
