| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM | Core HR | HCM | Profource | 2019 | 2019 | In 2019 DIF Capital Partners implemented Oracle Cloud HCM as a Core HR solution, executing a five month rollout managed by Profource. The deployment on Oracle Cloud HCM covered approximately 135 users and was targeted at professionalizing HR and staff functions to support rapid organizational growth across DIF’s international footprint. The implementation focused on Core HR capabilities including centralized employee records, standardized HR process workflows, and digitalization of paper-based HR transactions to improve process throughput and visibility. Profource applied a Best Practice planning approach for the initial configuration, tailoring country-specific setups to accommodate DIF’s multinational operations. Deployment was delivered as a cloud-based Oracle Cloud HCM service to support offices in Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris, Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Luxembourg, Toronto and Sydney, and to connect HR processes across nine countries. The international rollout required country-level alignment of statutory and local HR configurations, which was a primary implementation challenge noted in the project. Governance and operational change emphasized stronger support for staff departments and clearer process ownership, with a follow-up engagement one year after go-live to extend functionality into Goal and Performance and Talent Review modules as requested by DIF. The program reduced paperwork and improved the overview and speed of HR workstreams, aligning Oracle Cloud HCM with DIF’s objective to scale HR operations. |
