In 2022, Discord implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as its core ERP Financial system. The program focused on consolidating financial and procurement processes for a 750 employee professional services company headquartered in the United States, and it staffed dedicated Oracle Fusion Business Systems and Change Analyst roles to support adoption and cutover.
Oracle Cloud ERP was configured to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Revenue and the Financial Accounting Hub as part of the ERP Financial deployment. Procure to Pay workflows were instrumented with purchase order creation, PO approval rules and a PO interface to Finance, alongside contract lifecycle management capabilities for organizing contracts by dollar volume, expirations and renewals. Configuration scope included approval rule setup, support for subscription billing related workflows and creation of procurement playbooks for departmental vendor selection.
The deployment integrated operationally with Procurement, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Legal, HR and Workplace teams, and implemented Jira Service Management to orchestrate change requests and Oracle support workflows. A two tiered support model delivered L1 and L2 incident handling, technical investigations and quick fix resolutions, while Business Systems Analysts coordinated analysis, testing, conversion and production support. Reporting and analytics work included OTBI and BI report builds to support finance and FP&A needs.
Governance emphasized SOX and ITGC compliance, documented financial processes, configured approval workflows and a formal change strategy. Training UX and UI was optimized for stakeholder groups to minimize business disruption and ensure strong user confidence and positive sentiment at cutover. Procurement governance established policies for RFPs, contract size and term lengths, proactive renegotiation cadence with major vendors and a maintained contract database to track expirations and renewals.

In 2022, Discord implemented Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting workflows for AMER and EMEA, with a specific operational focus on G&A and GTM hiring. Discord implemented Greenhouse ATS to provide a single system of record for requisitions, candidate pipelines, and structured interview processes across the company.
Greenhouse ATS was configured to manage job requisitions, candidate sourcing workflows, interview orchestration, scorecards, and offer creation and approval flows. Configuration included structured interview kits, automated status transitions and stage-based candidate routing, and standard reporting for pipeline visibility and requisition tracking.
Integrations were established between Greenhouse ATS and the broader recruiting and HR toolset listed by Discord, including LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing, Workday for HR handoff, DocuSign for offer execution, Lattice for downstream performance and onboarding integration, Gem and Goodtime for sourcing and scheduling, Datapeople and Crosschq for screening and qualification, and Notion, Asana, ZenDesk, Expensify, Searchlight, TalentWall and Pave for recruiting operations and coordination. These integrations supported end-to-end workflows from sourcing and assessment through offer acceptance and HRIS onboarding.
Rollout and governance were driven by the Lead Talent Partner for AMER and EMEA covering G&A and GTM roles starting July 2022, with phased deployment across hiring functions, formalized requisition approval workflows, designated hiring manager and recruiter training, and standardized interview governance to ensure consistent candidate evaluation and operational ownership.
