Fluentis Legacy Fluentis ERP Enterprise ERP Financial ERP Financial Management N3 Srl 2026 2026
In 2026 Caseificio Angelo Croce implemented Fluentis ERP Enterprise, an ERP Financial solution, engaging N3 Srl to extend and formalize its Fluentis footprint. The deployment builds on an initial on-premise adoption in 2020 and a subsequent platform update to the 2023 release, positioning Fluentis ERP Enterprise as the central system for financial and operational coordination. The implementation targeted core modules including accounting, purchasing and warehouse management within Fluentis ERP Enterprise, enabling integrated and automated control of the production cycle from milk collection through cheese maturation. The configuration supports precise batch tracking and the digitalization of weighing processes, and it automates accounting and fiscal operations to reduce manual reconciliation and duplication across departments. Integrations are focused and explicit, the system integrates with production scales for digital weight capture and links into the dairy s online sales channel and physical store order flows. A digital order collection project is currently underway to replace paper-based order entry, and a dedicated application for batch selection and packaging is being developed to enable dematerialized documentation, real-time monitoring and full batch and packaging traceability. N3 Srl provided consultancy and implementation governance, restructuring workflows across administration, sales, production and logistics to remove redundant manual steps and introduce dashboards and customized reporting. Governance changes emphasized traceability and regulatory compliance for PDO products, and process instrumention centralized batch history and inventory controls within the ERP. Before the project invoicing routinely required three to five days and order management was largely paper based, creating operational bottlenecks. The Fluentis ERP Enterprise implementation has drastically reduced order processing times, streamlined invoicing and improved error control, establishing the ERP as the cornerstone of Caseificio Angelo Croce s corporate digitalization and a strategic asset for future customization and growth.
