In 2023, DKV Mobility implemented VONQ Job Marketing as a Candidate Relationship Management solution to centralize and data-enable job posting across its HR and talent acquisition functions. The deployment targeted DKV Mobility's European recruiting operations including the DACH region, addressing prior reliance on job boards and time consuming manual contracts with individual media partners. DKV Mobility configured VONQ Job Marketing to run data driven multi channel campaigns and to leverage the platform's pre negotiated media portfolio of more than 5000 channels. The implementation included the Career Site Connector add on to automate job ad import and pre fill important fields, and the Campaign Performance add on to capture end to end performance from first contact channel to completed application. These modules were used to standardize campaign creation, channel selection, and media ordering within a single system. The solution was integrated with DKV Mobility's career site so that job texts and metadata import automatically into VONQ Job Marketing, reducing manual posting time and contractual administration. Campaigns are dispatched centrally to chosen channels without switching between providers, enabling talent acquisition teams across DKV Mobility's European operations to run and monitor multi channel sourcing from one interface. Access to comparable campaign performance data is used to determine the most effective channels for each role and target audience. Governance was structured around centralized ordering and reporting, with annual reporting and an ongoing customer success service from VONQ for consulting and campaign evaluation. Real time dashboards were adopted to provide continuous transparency into campaign performance and to allow optimizations while campaigns are live. The configuration reduced ad hoc media procurement work and created a repeatable process for budget allocation based on measured channel performance. Explicit measured outcomes from the VONQ Analytics Dashboard include a sample result for the Senior Product Owner eCommerce role, which recorded 496 visitors, 35 clicks to the job ad, and 20 applications, demonstrating a roughly one in two click to application conversion for that posting. Program level metrics reported by DKV Mobility and VONQ include 820 published campaigns, 1804 job postings on selected media channels, 82,617 clicks on the job ad or apply button, and 7,357 completed applications, and the companies have maintained a working relationship for more than four years.
