In 2025, Dar Al Mimar Group implemented Oracle Cloud HCM to transform its Human Resources operations and consolidate HR data across the conglomerate. The Oracle Cloud HCM deployment targets Core HR functions and was procured with Oracle Consulting and Crystal Consulting Service supporting the implementation and configuration.
The implementation covers Oracle Cloud HCM modules for core HR, recruiting, payroll, and talent management, with configuration work focused on a centralized employee data model, position and job structures, compensation frameworks, and talent workflows. Functional capabilities implemented include workforce records and org management, applicant tracking and onboarding, payroll configuration inside the HCM suite, and talent processes for performance and succession.
Operationally the rollout addresses HR, talent acquisition, payroll, and compliance activities across Dar Al Mimar Group’s corporate HR organization in Egypt, aligning business units onto a single SaaS HR platform. The program emphasized standardization of HR workflows, role based security and configurable approvals to support consistent process execution and auditability.
Governance and delivery were handled jointly by Oracle Consulting and Crystal Consulting Service, with phased configuration, testing and user enablement to support adoption. The stated outcomes for the Oracle Cloud HCM deployment include enhanced workforce productivity, streamlined HR processes, strengthened compliance, an improved employee experience, and the ability to make data driven HR decisions.
