Integration efforts explicitly linked the Mitel contact centre platform telemetry into Calabrio Teleopti WFM and ingested web chat event streams as distinct contact types for forecasting and scheduling. Operational coverage focused on the Patient Experience Team and clinical planners responsible for specialist referral routing and capacity planning. Data flows were instrumented to align contact volumes with rostered clinical capacity, enabling schedule generation that reflects clinical shift patterns and referral-driven demand.
The program included subject matter expertise for WFM procurement to ensure the system met clinical workforce planning requirements and established new forecasting and planning governance for specialist services.
