Operational coverage included ownership of financial systems and records for the central finance function, oversight of operational finance activities such as payroll and banking workflows, and provision of management reporting for business partnering across commercial and clinical teams. The deployment supported internal reporting lines to the Head of Finance and enabled consistent stewardship practices as the business pursued expansion within the United Kingdom and into international markets. Governance changes were instituted to standardize control environments and to formalize financial process ownership, including defined month end procedures, statutory audit readiness and clear responsibilities for tax compliance and operational finance tasks. Oracle NetSuite ERP served as the single source of truth for financial data, underpinning the finance team’s shift toward centralized reporting, structured forecasting and stronger business partnering.

Integration efforts explicitly linked the Mitel contact centre platform telemetry into Calabrio Teleopti WFM and ingested web chat event streams as distinct contact types for forecasting and scheduling. Operational coverage focused on the Patient Experience Team and clinical planners responsible for specialist referral routing and capacity planning. Data flows were instrumented to align contact volumes with rostered clinical capacity, enabling schedule generation that reflects clinical shift patterns and referral-driven demand. The program included subject matter expertise for WFM procurement to ensure the system met clinical workforce planning requirements and established new forecasting and planning governance for specialist services. Rollout activities emphasized embedding Calabrio Teleopti WFM into existing contact delivery operations and formalizing planning workflows across patient intake and referral coordination.
