In 2023, doctorSIM implemented Telcom BS Netelip to modernize communications between its international sites and distributors. The deployment targeted customer service and operations, using Telcom BS Netelip as the core PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems platform to provide a unified telephony layer across multiple countries. The initiative aimed to reduce international call costs and provide local-number presence for distributed support.
The implementation configured cloud-hosted virtual PBX capabilities including call queues, call recording, and centralized call routing, aligning with standard PBX, VoiP and Phone Systems functional workflows. Local-number provisioning and international numbering coverage were enabled to create local-number presence across many countries, improving inbound routing and customer reach. The configuration emphasized scalability of extensions and centralized management of call center features for customer service teams.
