In 2019 Doeko implemented ISAH Finance as part of its ISAH ERP footprint to strengthen financial management and transactional control. Doeko is a Netherlands based metal industry manufacturer operating from Weurt with 50 employees and has been an Isah customer since 2000, positioning ISAH Finance inside an existing manufacturing ERP landscape.
The ISAH Finance deployment at Doeko centers on core financial modules typical of ERP Financial implementations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and financial reporting, with configuration to support cost accounting for complex product compositions. The implementation was aligned to production-aware costing needs, enabling finance processes to reflect the multi-component bills of materials and production routing data used by the shop floor.
Operational integrations and extensions are evident in Doekos approach, Doeko retains a custom barcode scanning application and shop floor planning visualization that interoperate with the Isah environment. The company is actively exploring Shop Floor Control and a planned link between Isah and its webshop expected in October, as well as PDM and CAD integration options and machine connectivity projects including an AGV pilot, indicating a roadmap to broaden data flows between finance, production and customer order channels.
Governance has been centralized under an internal ERP manager who acts as the primary point of contact for ISAH Finance and ongoing enhancements, with a deliberate move toward closer adherence to the vendor standard to reduce bespoke development. The implementation has delivered explicit operational benefits reported by Doeko, notably better insight into processes, the ability to answer customer questions rapidly and improved accuracy in estimating production lead times, all while maintaining internal control over additional functionality development.

| ISAH Business software | Legacy | ISAH ERP | Manufacturing ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2000 | 2000 |
In 2000, Doeko implemented ISAH ERP as its Manufacturing ERP to support the company transition from toolmaking to precision mechanical production. The ISAH ERP deployment at the Weurt site was intended to provide production planning, inventory control and shop floor visibility for a 50 plus employee metal industry manufacturer producing stamps, dies and precision components for packaging, semiconductor and automotive customers worldwide.
The implementation emphasized production and inventory modules, including detailed item recordkeeping and planning visualization on the shop floor. Doeko retained an internal ERP lead who co-designed extensions, notably an inhouse barcode scanning application and custom planning visualization, while exploring standard ISAH capabilities such as Shop Floor Control and Isah Finance. Plans to pursue paperless production and tighter PDM CAD integration were recorded as next step capabilities to improve engineering to production workflows.
Planned and active integrations were centered on operational automation and customer facing order flows, including a planned link between ISAH ERP and the company webshop to surface part availability and streamline repeat ordering. Doeko documented a wish list to connect ISAH ERP with production machines and automated guided vehicles that will transport work in progress around the workshop, reflecting an architectural direction toward machine orchestration and MES style connectivity. Information sharing across shop floor, logistics and commercial functions was described as an ongoing focus to unify operational data in ISAH ERP.
Governance evolved toward closer alignment with the ISAH standard, after years of selective inhouse development to avoid vendor dependence, with the internal ERP manager serving as the primary escalation and requirements owner. The organization retained the ability to extend functionality while progressively adopting core ISAH modules to reduce custom maintenance overhead. Doeko reports that ISAH ERP gives good insight into processes, enabling the business to quickly answer customer questions and more accurately estimate production lead times.

In 2020, Doeko implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform to standardize internal and external communication across the 50-employee manufacturing firm. Public signals from the company website indicate Microsoft 365 is in active use on their website and embedded in corporate communications and collaboration touchpoints.
The Microsoft 365 deployment centers on core Collaboration capabilities, including Exchange Online email, Microsoft Teams for meetings and chat, SharePoint and OneDrive for document storage and coauthoring, and centralized tenant administration with role based access controls and user provisioning. The implementation supports day to day functions such as internal communications, document workflows and remote collaboration across small team structures, with administration routed through a single Microsoft 365 tenant to simplify account and policy management.
