In 2015, Dom & House Poland implemented KWHotel PMS. The KWHotel PMS Hotel Property Management deployment was scoped to automate apartment rental workflows and centralize bookings for the company operating in the Tricity region of Gdańsk, Gdynia, and Sopot, providing owners with continuous visibility into occupancy and revenue.
The implementation used KWHotel Pro together with a web panel for apartment owners and a YieldPlanet synchronization. Functional capabilities described in the vendor case study include centralized reservation management, owner-facing dashboards, automated commission processing, and rate and availability synchronization through the YieldPlanet connector.
Architecturally the solution combined the KWHotel Pro application with a web-access owner panel and a direct synchronization to YieldPlanet for channel and yield management. This created a single booking repository that fed owner reporting and automated distribution of availability and rates to external channels via the YieldPlanet integration.
Operational coverage focused on apartment rental operations and owner relations across Dom & House Poland, with rollout beginning in early 2015 and owner access provisioned for the Tricity property portfolio. Business functions impacted included reservations, revenue management, owner accounting and commission workflows, with process automation for commission calculations and owner reporting.
