| Bizimply | Legacy | Bizimply Workforce Management | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Dominion Hospitality implemented Bizimply Workforce Management to centralize staff scheduling and attendance across its portfolio of 24 inns and hotels in the south of England, including eight directly managed sites and a workforce of just over 200 staff. The deployment was driven by a need for real time visibility across multiple locations and to bring hospitality scheduling, time capture and payroll inputs under a single Time and Attendance application that supports lean multi-site operations.
The implementation focused on core Time and Attendance capabilities including shift rostering, mobile and iPad clock in and clock out with second-accurate timecards, break tracking, scheduled publishing of rotas, and an executive dashboard for KPIs and business intelligence. Bizimply Workforce Management was configured to support a nine day scheduling cadence with confirmed schedules sent to staff one week in advance, aligning operational rostering with Dominion’s demand forecasting practices and manager workflows.
Operational integrations were implemented to enable data sharing between Dominion Hospitality and LT Management Services, allowing new starters to be entered by LT’s HR team or onsite managers and enabling weekly timecard exports to be transferred to LT for onward submission to a payroll bureau. The rollout covered all company sites and was delivered with vendor setup and staff training to minimize management time commitment and to allow rapid onboarding of additional properties as the private equity owner expands the estate.
Governance and process changes eliminated manual paper rotas and ad hoc manager-maintained timecards, shifting responsibility for accurate time capture to staff clocking in and out and to automated timecard export processes. Reported outcomes included removal of routine pay disputes, reduced manager time spent reconciling hours, and improved ability to act on BDM forecasting through visibility delivered by Bizimply Workforce Management and its dashboarded KPIs.
