In 2018, Dowbuilt implemented Nimble CRM as a Candidate Relationship Management solution to coordinate recruiting and candidate outreach across the organization. The implementation targeted recruiting and staffing workflows within HR and project operations at the 250 employee construction and real estate firm.
Nimble CRM was configured to centralize candidate records, pipeline stages, contact enrichment, and email and calendar activity logging to support proactive outreach and relationship management. Configuration emphasized contact management, opportunity style candidate pipelines, task automation, and integrated communications tracking consistent with Candidate Relationship Management functionality.
The deployment was aligned with Dowbuilt's mixed on premise and cloud infrastructure, integrating Nimble CRM with Office 365 for email and calendar synchronization and leveraging Azure Active Directory and Active Directory for identity and access control. Document management and collaboration were aligned with SharePoint and Sharefile, communications workflows leveraged Slack and Zoom, and the CRM was operationally connected to Teamwork Desk and Sage 300 CRE to preserve support and workforce administrative context.
Governance established role based access tied to directory groups, and recruiting workflows were instrumented to hand off candidate information into existing ticketing and project staffing processes. Rollout and operational support were coordinated with Dowbuilt's infrastructure stack including VMware vSphere, VEEAM backup, Fortinet network controls, Windows Server management, PDQ and Splashtop remote tools, and Mitel telephony for candidate outreach support.
