In 2022, DPD Latvia implemented Oneteam to modernize internal communications for a mixed workforce of office staff, warehouse workers and couriers. The Oneteam implementation focused on HR and internal communications within Latvia and is classified as Employee Experience.
The deployment delivered a mobile first application configured to consolidate prior channels including SharePoint, WhatsApp and physical bulletin boards into a single communications and engagement platform. Oneteam was configured rapidly and the vendor reports the platform was live within two weeks, enabling team messaging, content publishing, push notifications and engagement tracking capabilities commonly found in Employee Experience software.
Rollout targeted HR and internal communications teams and covered DPD Latvia's approximately 241 employees across office, warehouse and courier functions in Latvia. Per the Oneteam case study the project reported deskless engagement rose from about 5% to over 80%, while office worker engagement reached roughly 90%. Implementation governance emphasized a rapid configuration and launch cadence to shift frontline workers from fragmented channels to a unified mobile first communication flow.
