NeoGrid Legacy NeoGrid NeoMarket Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2019 2020
In 2019 Dr. Schaer began a phased deployment of NeoGrid NeoMarket for Analytics and BI across its Brazil commercial operation. The initial 2019 rollout prioritized EDI connectivity to capture sell-out and retail data from trading partners. NeoGrid NeoMarket was configured to deliver retail visibility and sell-out analytics, concentrating on on-shelf availability dashboards, stockout detection, and sell-through reporting. The implementation included configurable analytics modules and exception based alerting to support merchandising and replenishment workflows. Reporting and visualization were used to surface point of sale trends and out of stock patterns. The project timeline expanded visibility in 2020 and added distributor visibility in 2022, extending operational coverage from direct retailers to distributor networks in Brazil. Integrations were driven by EDI feeds ingested into NeoGrid NeoMarket, feeding time series sell-out data and inventory snapshots into the Analytics and BI platform. Operational scope focused on commercial trade, supply chain planning, and distributor management within the Brazil market. Governance centered on centralized dashboards and role based access for trade and supply chain teams, enabling exception workflows and prioritized replenishment tasks. NeoGrid visibility and sell-out analytics reduced stockouts and improved on-shelf availability for Schär's Brazil operation, driving a reported 77% sales increase in a tracked period. The implementation illustrates a staged visibility program that combined EDI ingestion, analytical configuration, and distributor data onboarding to support retail execution and replenishment decisions.
