Configuration work emphasized vacancy management, resume parsing and structured candidate records to support recruiter-led sourcing and ongoing relationship orchestration.
Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System and CRM was embedded into Driver Group's public careers site to surface current vacancies and capture candidate applications directly into the ATS, preserving application data and tracking workflows inside the system. In 2019, Driver Group deployed CEMAR as its Contract Lifecycle Management application on the Redcar project. The deployment supported NEC3 Option C contract administration and became a daily tool for the Assistant Quantity Surveyor, capturing compensation event pricing and maintaining commercial records.
CEMAR was configured to support core contract management workflows including pricing of compensation events, subcontract forecasts, management of subcontract accounts from tender to final account, and rolling forecasts. The implementation was used to generate purchase orders, maintain equipment management registers, and record subcontractor position for monthly reporting.
Operationally the CEMAR footprint sat within the commercial and quantity surveying function and required regular liaison with both the Employer and the Project Manager. Process changes centered on centralized capture of compensation events, structured subcontract account tracking, and support for monthly application for payment and CVR submissions, aligning contract administration and commercial reporting across the project lifecycle.
