In 2020, Drogaria Araujo implemented Aptos Revionics as a Merchandising/Pricing project. The Aptos Revionics deployment targeted localized pricing and promotions optimization across its Brazilian drugstore network, emphasizing zone-based pricing, key value item KVI analysis, and automated price and promotions optimization capabilities.
Deployment followed a centralized pricing engine model that generated zone-clustered price lists and promotion recommendations for retail locations, applying pricing rules and KVI scoring to segmentation outputs. Functional modules implemented included price optimization, promotions optimization, zone clustering, and KVI analytics to support merchandising and category pricing decisions.
Operational scope covered merchandising, pricing, and promotions teams across stores in Brazil, and rollout work was visible by 2021 based on the case study publication timeline. Project governance moved toward policy-driven zone pricing and decision workflows to operationalize localized price lists and coordinate promotional calendars across regional teams.
The Revionics case study describes that the Aptos Revionics implementation delivered significant margin and revenue increases through zone-based pricing and KVI analysis. Purchase and implementation timing is estimated from the case publication timeline, with implementation work visible by 2021.
