In 2016 Druni SA implemented Microsoft Dynamics NAV as its ERP Financial system to support retail and logistics operations across its Valencia distribution site and store network. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was positioned to manage finance adjacent workflows while aligning inventory and order processing for a mid sized retail organization.
The implementation covered core inventory and order-to-cash workflows, including planning of warehouse entries, stock and inventory organization, campaign and promotional item entry, reception and registration of orders, and document management for estimates, delivery notes and invoices. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was used to centralize invoice and document registers and to coordinate inventory valuation control for returns, stock breaks and discontinued items consistent with ERP Financial capabilities.
Operational use was tightly coupled with on site logistics execution in Alberic, Valencia where weekly delivery planning, cargo handling, transport coordination and external storage processes were executed. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment operated alongside SGA Rumbo, SHARPnet and common office applications to support warehouse management, order reception and administrative workflows.
Governance and process changes emphasized standardized document flows, weekly KPI reporting and incident resolution channels, with logistics team management and shift organization integrated into operational procedures. Staff activities included analysis of logistics management indicators and proposals for process improvements, with Microsoft Dynamics NAV functioning as the central ERP Financial record for orders, inventory and financial documentation.
