CARET (formerly AbacusNext) Legacy CARET Legal Workflows Case Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2022 2022
In 2022, Dunham Law implemented CARET Legal Workflows from CARET, formerly AbacusNext. The firm deployed CARET Legal Workflows as its Case Management system to centralize matter management, time and billing, and document workflows across its Fort Mitchell, KY practice. The implementation configured intake automation and matter and task management modules within CARET Legal Workflows, and mapped time capture and billing configuration to support transactional matters. The deployment integrated NetDocuments for centralized document storage and document workflow orchestration, and integrated Outlook to automate correspondence capture and support CRM and billing finance processes in the US region. Governance focused on standardized intake and task workflows, centralized matter records, and role-based access for document and billing processes, and the project reported reduced time spent handling documents and improved client service for transactional work.
