The integration operates at the application layer inside Duuoo, connecting user calendars to the platform to orchestrate scheduling for managers and employees across customer accounts. Duuoo reports a 79 percent adoption rate of Cronofy features among its users, with customers choosing to sync their calendar to Duuoo using Cronofy, which confirms operational uptake across its user base.
Rollout and product governance emphasized outsourcing the scheduling component rather than building in house, enabling fast time to market and embedding scheduling into existing workflows to encourage recurring conversations. Outcomes called out by Duuoo include a reduction in administrative overhead and smoother performance review logistics, making performance reviews easier to run and supporting higher meeting frequency without adding manager workload.
