Diamant Software Legacy Diamant/4 ERP Financial ERP n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, DVS Technology implemented Diamant/4 as its ERP Financial solution. The rollout targeted the companys national and international sites and was operated within an on-premises server estate administered by the internal IT organization. Diamant/4 was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities including financial accounting, general ledger processing, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and statutory reporting, reflecting standard functional workflows for the ERP Financial category. The internal IT team had established ERP system administration experience with ISAH and DIAMANT, which informed configuration and operational procedures for Diamant/4. The application operated alongside a heterogeneous infrastructure stack that included Hyper-V and VMware virtualization, Linux and Windows servers, multi-vendor storage hardware from HP, Cisco, QNAP and DELL, and network and firewall appliances from Cisco, Sophos and Unify. IT responsibilities explicitly included setup and maintenance of interfaces to CAD systems such as Treso for ERP connectivity, and operational support tools in the environment included Matrix42 for software distribution, Veeam for backups and a FollowMe print solution from Triumph-Adler. Governance and operationalization emphasized international user support, 1st and 2nd level helpdesk coverage, employee training, and maintenance of internal system and operational documentation. The IT organization also focused on automation of internal processes and ongoing administration and expansion of the server, network and application footprint to sustain Diamant/4 as the ERP Financial backbone for finance and related business functions.

Cisco Systems Legacy Cisco Webex Meetings Audio Video and Web Conferencing Collaboration n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, DVS Technology implemented Cisco Webex Meetings. The deployment uses Cisco Webex Meetings in the Audio Video and Web Conferencing category and is embedded on the DVS Technology public website to enable web-based join flows for customer and partner sessions as well as internal collaboration. The implementation concentrates on standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities, including multi-party video and audio, screen sharing, in-meeting chat, recording and participant controls, configured to support scheduled and ad hoc sessions. Cisco Webex Meetings is provisioned as a web-integrated service, with embedded join links and meeting widgets placed on site pages to streamline external-facing meeting start flows and reduce friction for external attendees. Operational coverage includes corporate collaboration and customer engagement touchpoints accessible via the website, with governance focused on meeting access controls and centralized public meeting links. The integration represents an application-level embedding of Cisco Webex Meetings into DVS Technology’s web presence rather than a broader platform consolidation effort.
