Operational coverage consolidates manufacturing operations, supply chain and procurement, finance, and engineering functions onto the Manufacturing ERP platform to reduce fragmentation across transactional workflows. Project governance is organized around partner led implementation and ERP centric process standardization, with master data controls and standardized manufacturing workflows to enable consistent cross border operations. The stated objective of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (Enterprise Edition) implementation is to support E A S growth and international expansion.
