The deployment anchored the internal IT team’s operational responsibilities, including user support, network infrastructure projects, and security controls across all E.Miroglio locations. NinjaRMM was configured to deliver core Endpoint Management capabilities such as agent based asset inventory, remote remediation and remote control, patch management across Windows Server and Windows clients, and automation through scripting and policy templates. The implementation aligned with the technologies listed in the company’s IT requirements, with agents installed on virtualized VMware hosts and on servers and workstations running Windows and Exchange. Integrations explicitly referenced in the environment include Active Directory for device and user synchronization, Sophos Antivirus and Sophos Firewall for endpoint protection visibility and enforcement, and Veeam for backup status monitoring. NinjaRMM operated alongside DNS, DFS and Office deployments to provide the IT team with a single pane for endpoint health, update delivery and security policy application. Operational governance assigned endpoint monitoring, patching and agent lifecycle ownership to the internal IT team, with a Junior System Administrator role responsible for ongoing configuration, rollout of agents, and development of network and security projects.
