Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2015 2016
In 2015 Eastern Condiments implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform to centralize transactional finance and core supply chain processes across the group. The deployment initiative targeted corporate finance visibility and operational control for the India based consumer packaged goods company with approximately 3000 employees, using Oracle E-Business Suite as the primary enterprise application for accounting and transactional workflows. The implementation included configuration and rollout of core modules FI, SD, and MM, aligned with standard finance, order to cash, and procure to pay workflows typical for ERP Financial systems. Oracle E-Business Suite was positioned alongside parallel application projects led by IT, including Barcode, HRMS, Secondary Sales Management and BI/BA implementations, to extend transaction capture and business intelligence coverage across commercial and back office functions. Infrastructure and operational delivery were executed as an integrated program, with the IT team designing and building a group data center, executing a revamp and relocation of the data center with zero downtime, and provisioning a dedicated disaster recovery site. Network, connectivity, video conferencing, firewall and mail server projects were delivered across Eastern group offices in India to ensure platform availability, and the organization reported a 99 percent uptime for corporate IT infrastructure after these initiatives. Governance and controls accompanied the Oracle E-Business Suite deployment, with an IT policy implemented group wide and the IT organization leading internal and external audits. Due diligence activities performed by Deloitte and E Y for a McCormick joint venture were managed through these controls, demonstrating formalized audit and compliance workflows tied to the ERP Financial rollout.

Oracle Legacy Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Core HR HCM n/a 2015 2016
In 2015, Eastern Condiments implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS. The Core HR deployment established a centralized HR application footprint focused on employee data management and HR master data processing across the organization. The implementation included development of custom Oracle and XML reports and use of Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Forms, and PL/SQL for extensions. Employee conversion was executed by creating staging tables, applying validation routines, and loading records into HRMS base tables using HRMS APIs. The project also covered setup and customization of I-Expenses and use of Web ADI for bulk upload and data view operations. Integrations were a distinct component of the program, with design and testing of PL/SQL interfaces registered to run through the concurrent manager for customer and supplier data migration. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS instance was integrated with third party barcode and palm tech systems, and an item master sync outbound interface was developed to maintain synchronization between Oracle and a third party mobile application system. Functional support extended to Order Management and Inventory modules in production. Operational governance included system administration tasks such as creation of users, request sets, defining value sets, and registering concurrent programs and executables. Development followed Oracle AIM documentation standards, and the implementation emphasized testing, interface registration, and validation controls during employee conversion and interface rollout.
