Integrations included Primavera P6 for schedule progress and tracking and spreadsheet based data feeds for demographics and cost estimation, with survey inputs orchestrated to capture traffic patterns, land use and local issues that informed planning. Operational coverage spanned planning, estimating, project management, field operations and quality control on the Valero Houston site, aligning model updates with site surveys and progress reporting.
Governance and process changes focused on engineering changes to address inventory and quality control, prioritizing schedules to meet project goals and overall customer satisfaction, and supervising and coaching new staff to meet rollout timelines.
