The project was delivered with implementation partner Avizo, leveraging Avizo's consulting, systems and resources approach to support configuration and post go-live support.
Kyriba Treasury was configured to deliver centralized cash positioning, liquidity management, cash forecasting and payment processing capabilities consistent with Treasury Management functional workflows. The implementation emphasized automated cash visibility, payment orchestration and structured treasury operations within Kyriba Treasury to standardize daily cash and liquidity controls.
Workstreams addressed bank connectivity and payment orchestration, and integration touchpoints were established with ECS GROUP finance systems to streamline payment initiation and reconciliation. Avizo provided consulting and systems delivery to operationalize treasury controls, routine reconciliations and reporting processes that underpin the Treasury Management deployment.
Governance changes introduced defined treasury ownership for cash reporting, formalized approval workflows for payments and liquidity forecasting, and included training and resource handover from Avizo to ECS GROUP finance teams. Avizo has been recognized by the vendor with the Kyriba Award France Channel Partner of the Year, reflecting the ongoing partnership and joint practice in Next Generation Cash Management deployments.
