In 2012, Edco Eindhoven implemented Infor M3 as its Manufacturing ERP platform, executing a complete conversion of the old Triathlon ERP system to Infor M3. The initial deployment established Infor M3 as the core transactional backbone for the retailer, consolidating order, inventory and procurement workflows into a single Manufacturing ERP environment.
Configuration work focused on standard M3 functional capabilities aligned to retail and distribution operations, with explicit integration of warehouse execution through a Centric WMS implementation, Locus, completed in 2012. The project footprint included order-to-cash and inventory control orchestration inside Infor M3, with the M3 instance interfacing to downstream warehouse processes managed by the Centric WMS.
Subsequent integrations extended the ERP landscape, including a Customs Entrepot system Track on Trade implemented in 2014 and linked to the ERP for customs and duty handling. Human resources and payroll were converted and integrated through Persmaster and Paymaster in 2015, and a web portal YOUPP and a new customer-facing webshop at www.edco.nl were implemented in 2015 with direct integration to the Infor M3 environment, preserving transactional continuity between commerce, fulfillment and back office.
Program governance was led by an internal project lead operating across the Netherlands, England, Spain and Hungary, acting as intermediary between business consultants, process owners and suppliers. Rollout activity was staged by capability and year, consolidating core ERP and WMS first, then extending customs, HR and e-commerce integrations in later phases to unify retail, supply chain and back-office functions under Infor M3.
