In 2019, Edible Garden led an internal program to migrate from FinancialForce ERP and implement Oracle NetSuite ERP. The deployment positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP in the ERP Financial category to centralize core finance and CRM operations and replace prior FinancialForce ERP instances.
The implementation fully provisioned NetSuite ERP and CRM modules, including core accounting, inventory management, customer and vendor management capabilities, and the data model was populated through a full data migration of accounting, inventory, customer and vendor data from FinancialForce ERP and other legacy systems. Configuration work encompassed chart of accounts mapping, transaction migration, inventory item mapping, and consolidation of CRM contact and opportunity records to support record to report and order to cash workflows.
Governance was executed by an internal team that developed custom financial and sales reports for clients, enabling senior management to make critical business decisions. The rollout focused on finance and sales functions across the organization, establishing new reporting workflows and control points for financial consolidation and sales performance reporting.
