In 2017, Edlio implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP in an ERP Financial deployment supporting core finance operations. The Oracle NetSuite ERP rollout concentrated on establishing month end closing controls, cash reconciliations and balance sheet account maintenance as primary functional capabilities.
Operational scope centered on the finance organization, providing direct support to the Controller and the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams. As NetSuite Administrator, the implementation team provided technical assistance and guidance to finance staff, delivering targeted training and sharing configuration techniques that remapped manual processes and aligned daily workflows with GAAP best practices.
The project supported Edlio through its first financial audit conducted on records managed in the new system and standardized A/P and A/R internal processes through configuration, user enablement and ongoing administration. Governance emphasis was on process hardening and role based user training rather than external integrations, with administrators maintaining month end entry routines, cash reconciliation procedures and balance sheet account workflows.
