Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured and tested to reflect the finance process archetypes captured in the BRD, and the project applied standard NetSuite configuration and testing patterns to validate end-to-end accounting and month end close flows. Implementation work was conducted in close collaboration with business SMEs and the implementation partner Eureka Solutions, with remote project operations during the interim engagement. Operational coverage targeted finance and accounting functions supporting Finding Edyn’s aparthotels across the United Kingdom and Western Europe, ensuring chart of accounts, intercompany rules and entity-level reporting were aligned to multi-jurisdictional operations. Governance and rollout activities centered on finalizing the BRD, building test plans, and establishing configuration signoff gates to prevent recurring scope drift after the program restart.
