In 2016, EFFIA implemented Kyriba Treasury. Kyriba Treasury, classified under Treasury Management, was configured to centralize daily bank account monitoring and payment initiation across a group of 40 companies within the EFFIA perimeter. Operational scope included daily monitoring of 20 bank accounts, accounting for non-automated bank flows, processing letter transfers issued and received, and executing intercompany entries for entity-level accounting.
Kyriba Treasury was used to launch payments such as SDD and SCT to suppliers, customers, and HR, and to support bank reconciliations, check accounting, customer account analysis, monthly balance justification, and reporting workflows. Cash flow forecasting and cashpool interest tracking remained on Excel for the entity, reflecting a hybrid toolchain where Kyriba handled transactional treasury, payment initiation, and reconciliation functions while Excel retained forecasting and interest-tracking responsibilities. Governance and operational cadence centered on the cash accounting function, with daily reconciliations and monthly reporting processes structured around Kyriba Treasury workflows. EFFIA Kyriba Treasury Treasury Management supported treasury and cash management business functions including payments, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and treasury reporting.
