Operational scope focused on Eltra warehouse operations in Belgium supporting retail and online channels, with configuration and process changes concentrated on picking, replenishment and inbound receiving.
Governance established operational ownership within warehouse teams and adjusted workflows to support omnichannel order flows and replenishment cadence. Outcomes reported by the customer included improved storage density and faster processing to enable scaling of omnichannel fulfillment.
