In 2012, Elavon implemented Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform, migrating from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The implementation delivered a consolidated financial application footprint for core accounting and procurement functions across the company.
The deployment included an upgrade and adaptation effort from Oracle release 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3, with functional and technical work across Accounts Payable, iExp, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger and Purchase Orders. Teams configured and provisioned new subledgers in Payables, Receivables and Fixed Assets, and applied personalization, extensions and customizations using Oracle Application Framework.
Integration work centered on developing custom APIs, interfaces and host processes and on extending workflow, Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher and Discoverer for operational reporting and document generation. The implementation referenced UNIX and SQL tools for technical support, and included ongoing service support to end users in EU and NA from operational centers in Dublin and Madrid, with on call month end support and production code release responsibilities.
Governance and operationalization included code reviews, ITIL aligned practices, managing service requests with Oracle support and delivering end user training sessions. Oracle E-Business Suite served the ERP Financial business functions of payables, receivables, fixed assets, general ledger and procurement while project management coordinated rollout, code releases and post go live support.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Elavon implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR platform. The implementation established Workday HCM as the central cloud-based human capital management application supporting Elavon’s HR Employees Systems team for an organization of roughly 10,000 employees in the United States.
The deployment centered on standard Core HR capabilities, including employee records and profile management, organizational and position management, benefits and absence administration, and role based access controls aligned to HR workflows. Configuration efforts emphasized cloud configuration, security partitioning for sensitive HR data, and automation of routine HR transactions to maintain system stability and user access.
Workday HCM was implemented as part of a multi system HR application landscape that explicitly includes ServiceNow for IT service management and employee service portal workflows, and the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management application for sales and incentive compensation processes. Integrations were executed using APIs and web services, with SOAP and REST based interfaces and WSDL standards cited in support requirements, enabling data exchange between Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and Varicent.
Operational governance was organized around the HR Employees Systems team and product engineering teams, with day to day support responsibilities defined across product owner, scrum master, engineers, and third party vendors and stakeholders. The implementation narrative emphasizes system support, uptime and operational stability, and API centric integrations for ongoing administration and incident response, with staff expected to ensure the applications are online and accessible to employees.

In 2012, Elavon deployed Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) within its Analytics and BI portfolio. The initiative established a centralized program to build enterprise business intelligence and analytics capabilities across the company and multiple lines of business.
The implementation configured Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) components to deliver reporting, ETL and analytical modeling. SSRS was provisioned for enterprise reporting, SSIS implemented as the extraction and transformation layer, and SSAS used to publish analytic models and cube structures into a comprehensive data repository and reporting layer.
Execution was coordinated with IT to launch the first Elavon BI portal and to publish a companywide business glossary and consolidated data repository. The deployment targeted organization level coverage, enabling standardized information delivery and shared analytic artifacts for multiple lines of business and commercial functions such as cross sell and up sell.
Governance was formalized through a BI Center of Excellence and the companys first data governance operating model, including audits and process controls across BI information sources. The program aligned people, processes and technology, produced bottoms up accountability, and is credited with driving incremental revenue opportunities, enabling cross sell and up sell, and reducing cost while professionally developing BI resources.
