Aveso implemented integrations between IFS Cloud ERP and Elecster’s product data management system, the e-commerce platform, and the warehouse automation system, creating interfaces for product and transactional data flows and automated warehouse controls. Operational coverage focused on production and warehouse processes, with mobile and handheld device usage enabled through the Aurena interface to support shop floor and inventory transactions. The architecture positioned IFS Cloud as the transactional system of record for finance, supply chain, and HR functions.
Project governance followed a planned, timeboxed rollout with Elecster’s project organization and CIO sponsorship, and Aveso delivering project management, integration development, training, and maintenance services.
