Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Power Automate (ex Flow) Process Mining Analytics and BI Confluent 2021 2021
In 2021 Electrolock implemented Microsoft Power Automate (ex Flow) as a central orchestration layer within a Process Mining oriented inventory management initiative. The project was executed in partnership with Confluent, a Microsoft Gold Partner, and used Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Dataverse alongside Microsoft Power Automate to instrument and automate inventory workflows. The implementation delivered functional modules for mobile inventory capture via Microsoft Power Apps, a canonical data model and master inventory store in Microsoft Dataverse, and workflow orchestration through Microsoft Power Automate flows. The design emphasized event-level instrumentation consistent with Process Mining practices, enabling end to end traceability of inventory transactions and automated exception handling. Architecturally the solution was hosted on the Microsoft Power Platform stack with Dataverse as the authoritative data tier, and Power Automate providing process orchestration across capture, validation, and update steps. Operational coverage focused on manufacturing floor inventory, warehouse and fulfillment workflows, and customer order responsiveness, with role based access controls applied through platform security and app configuration. Confluent led configuration, deployment and rollout, instituting a standardized Dataverse schema and governance rules, role based app provisioning, and phased adoption with operations and customer facing teams. The Microsoft Power Automate driven implementation transformed Electrolock’s inventory operations and produced measurable benefits for a major customer as part of the engagement.
