MEHR Datasystems Legacy MEHR MDS CRM CRM CRM n/a 2014 2015
In 2014 Electronicpartner Handel Se implemented MEHR Datasystems MEHR MDS CRM as the new group wide Warenwirtschaft/CRM platform for the ElectronicPartner buying group, initiating a roll out across EP members in the DACH region. The vendor solution, delivered through MEHR Datasystems mds enterprise including CRM functionality, was selected to unify retail operations and centralize customer and transaction records at group level. The MEHR MDS CRM deployment created a standardized ERP/CRM stack, with configuration focused on customer relationship management, sales order flows and inventory linkage to support retail point of sale and back office processes. Implementation work emphasized CRM data model standardization and the alignment of sales and inventory workflows to enable consistent operational processes across member retailers. Integrations implemented in the program targeted CRM sales and inventory integration between retail sites and the central Warenwirtschaft layer, enabling consolidated customer profiles, sales transaction visibility and stock reconciliation across EP members. Operational scope covered ElectronicPartner members in the DACH retail operations, with the application acting as the central CRM component within the standardized stack. Governance and rollout focused on member level adoption and group level reporting, delivering operational consolidation and consistent reporting structures as described in vendor and industry articles. MEHR MDS CRM functions were positioned to support ongoing group reporting and process harmonization across ElectronicPartner Handel Se members.
