| WolfePak Software | Legacy | WolfePak ERP | Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017 Elephant Operating deployed WolfePak ERP to centralize accounting and revenue workflows, establishing a single system for its Oil Gas and Chemicals ERP needs. The WolfePak ERP implementation covered daily financial operations across accounting and production revenue functions for Elephant Operating and its affiliated entities Elephant Resources, Elephant Nominee and Elephant Assets. Configuration emphasized core oil and gas financial modules, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Revenue and Joint Interest Billing, cashbook management, monthly bank reconciliations, and journal entry posting. The deployment also incorporated severance tax reporting and regulatory reporting capabilities to support production and royalty filings for Wyoming authorities, aligning transaction coding and ownership allocation with standard revenue distribution and joint interest billing workflows. Operational procedures required staff to retrieve, code and upload monthly joint interest billing statements into WolfePak Software and to distribute revenue and joint interest billing statements at month end, while processing and assigning incoming revenue to appropriate ownership records. The implementation’s operational scope explicitly included preparing and submitting severance tax reports to the State of Wyoming and assembling regulatory submissions for the Office of Natural Resources Revenue and the Wyoming Office of State Lands, as part of monthly close cycles. Governance and controls were formalized within WolfePak ERP and WolfePak Software through maintained owner documentation, ensuring owner division orders, W-9s and certificates of insurance remain current. Ongoing processes documented in the system include cashbook maintenance across internal companies, routine account reconciliations, handling audit requests, and coordination of monthly billing distribution and revenue assignment workflows. |
