The deployment centralized property data and was positioned to support property operations, leasing, asset management and finance for an organization of roughly 200 employees. Reasult Software configuration focused on core Real Estate Property Management capabilities including lease administration, maintenance and work order management, portfolio and asset records, tenant service workflows and financial reporting. The implementation included document management and role based access controls to align operational teams with property lifecycles. Standard functional workflows such as rent roll management, preventative maintenance scheduling and invoice posting were instrumented to support operational consistency. Operational coverage concentrated on property operations, facilities management, leasing teams and corporate finance across Elkien's Netherlands sites. The Reasult Software platform served as the centralized system of record for units, contracts and service tickets, enabling cross functional coordination between property managers and back office finance. Rollout followed a staged adoption approach that aligned governance and workflows to reduce process variance across property operations and finance. Implementation governance included configuration controls and operational handover to property management teams to maintain data integrity within Reasult Software.
