Governance emphasis centered on central HQ management of master customer data and rollout orchestration across stores, with phased site enablement tied to POS and inventory synchronization. The rollout enabled Emart to scale its retail footprint to around 10 outlets while maintaining integrated customer records via Panda CRM, reflecting an application-level consolidation of CRM and retail operational data.
