In 2023, EMDRIA implemented re:Members AMS (formerly Impexium) as its Association Management application. The deployment targeted membership and certification workflows for the United States based non profit, aligning CRM and directory capabilities with the organization website and public therapist directory.
The implementation configured core membership management, certification expiration tracking, and a location based therapist directory, consolidating CRM and membership management functions within re:Members AMS. Configuration work focused on member profile consolidation, certification lifecycle rules for expirations and renewals, and searchable directory filters to support location based therapist discovery.
Yoko Consulting executed the website and member directory replatforming and integration, connecting EMDRIA site content and directory listings to re:Members AMS and establishing real time data synchronization with community tools. The architecture centralized authoritative member records in re:Members AMS and provisioned directory content to the public site, enabling CRM driven updates to profiles and directory search results.
Rollout included centralized governance for membership data and certification workflows and operationalized automated sync and content pipelines as part of the launch by Yoko Consulting. The integrated environment produced stated outcomes including large increases in traffic to key pages and thousands of therapy connections generated through the location based therapist directory.
