In 2023 Emeria implemented Creatio Composable Sales as its Sales Automation platform across its European construction and real estate operations. The deployment was targeted to simplify systems, consolidate customer data, and automate property management and customer engagement processes across its business units. Implementation centered on Creatio Composable Sales modules for sales automation, with configurable lead and opportunity management, a unified customer 360 record, pipeline orchestration and workflow automation to reduce manual handoffs. Configuration work used the platform's low code process designer to map property lifecycle workflows and standardize stages for leasing, sales and tenant relations. Data consolidation created a centralized customer profile and transaction history to support sales and property management teams across multiple European sites. Integrations were executed using standard API and batch interfaces to synchronize master data with back office and operational systems, supporting cross functional workflows for sales, property management and customer service. Governance was established through centralized configuration control and role based access to limit ad hoc local customizations during rollout and to maintain consistent process models. The implementation produced reduced manual processes and improved customer satisfaction according to project reporting by Emeria.
