| Infor | Legacy | Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage | Food and Beverage ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2023 | 2023 | In 2023, Emmi implemented Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage. The implementation used Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage, a Food and Beverage ERP, deployed as a multi tenant industry cloud on Amazon Web Services to align core manufacturing and financial processes across sites. The deployment leveraged the applications out of the box dairy and cheese functionality, including milk receipt measured in fat, protein and dry matter components, push pull planning for milk and dairy products, handling of variable weight in cheese production and end to end batch traceability. Finance and reconciliation capabilities within Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage were highlighted as key functional improvements and were configured to support consolidated financial workflows across subsidiaries. Operational coverage extends to production, supply chain planning, quality and financial operations, with locations in Canada, the United Kingdom, Benelux and two subsidiaries in Turlock and Sebastopol, California already running the platform and additional subsidiaries planned for rollout. The solution architecture emphasizes scalability to connect new branches and centralized data for traceability, while running on AWS to provide industry cloud reliability. Governance and rollout followed a rapid schedule, with five locations onboarded in approximately 6.5 months, and the multi tenant model enabling regular real time updates to keep instances current. Emmi cited lower operating costs, improved transparency and a more flexible, agile environment due to continuous updates as operational benefits from the Infor CloudSuite Food and Beverage deployment. |
