The implementation focused on core Payroll capabilities including biweekly pay runs, new hire and termination data entry, tax exemption and withholding updates, management of health insurance and 401k and Roth IRA deductions, direct deposit file generation, job title and department transfer updates, and end to end garnishment processing. Payroll reporting and exception workflows were formalized using ADP Reporting and Excel based reconciliation alongside native payroll processing screens in Delphia Timestar Payroll. Delphia Timestar Payroll was integrated operationally with Citrix Insperity TimeStar time tracking and attendance for time and attendance input, and with Microsoft Great Plains for payroll ledger posting and accounting reconciliation. These integrations supported cross functional handoffs between Payroll, HR, and Finance, and enabled processing of multi state, multi company payroll runs while preserving time capture and general ledger continuity. Operational governance emphasized specialist driven payroll processing, with Payroll Processing Specialist III responsibilities covering data entry, report generation, employee inquiry resolution, and garnishment lifecycle management. Delphia Consulting served as the vendor for the deployment, and the implementation aligned process controls around scheduled biweekly cycles, time to payroll cutoffs, and reconciliation steps to support ongoing Payroll operations.
